Rod Hatfield is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of ServiceMac LLC, responsible for identifying and developing Information Technology applications in support of the company’s business plan and strategic objectives.

Rod Hatfield is a talented and seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in financial services and consulting. He brings a strong track record of problem identification, solutions development and profit and loss (P&L) management. A reputation built on leading strategic, business, and product development initiatives from idea generation to resource planning and execution. He excels in leveraging emerging technologies and cross-divisional teams to solve industry problems.

Prior to joining ServiceMac, Rod was the principal for Dialed-In Solutions providing consulting services to many of the top service providers in the mortgage industry. He also held executive management positions with ServiceLink, Black Knight Financial Services, and Lender Processing Services.
